I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and wellness enthusiast. I empower individuals to discover and reclaim meaning and purpose in life, allowing them to thrive and reach their unlimited potential.

I support in removing limits that hold us back from cultivating the mind-body connection, to match the needs of the individual.  The goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment.

Having someone to talk to is a universal and often unspoken need,  my desire is to make it easier and more accessible to find and ask for help.

I am passionate about helping individuals struggling no matter the topic or the challenge.

Let’s explore what
unlimited limits mean to you.

About Me

Originally from the Chicago area, I have been in Nashville for over 17 years and consider myself to be a Nashvillian. My journey led me to Atlanta Georgia where I studied psychology and modern dance at Georgia State University and began working with my first love of fitness and exercise as a regional fitness instructor for the Atlanta Metropolitan area. These two worlds of psychology and movement coming together gave way to my first introduction of the mind body connection and would set the stage for how I would impact the lives of others. After moving to Nashville, I continued my education and attended graduate school at Tennessee State University and received a master’s degree in counseling psychology. Nashville availed me the ability to test my physical talents with the Tennessee Titans where I spent six years as a NFL cheerleader, represented the Tennessee Titans as their Pro Bowl Cheerleader and I continue as a member of the NFL Cheerleaders Alumni Association. I continued through the process of licensing and have been operating as a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2015.

Tonia's Approach

My passion for mental wellness is driven by my belief that having someone in your corner and knowing someone is there you can safely speak to is an unspoken need. I love helping people bridge the gap between knowing how to ask for help and connecting with the right help.
